Force Google.com not to redirect to Google.co.in or to Any Localized Google Site

When you type www.google.com in a browser address bar, Google automatically redirects the page to a localized version depending on your IP address and browser settings.

For example if you browse from India, www.google.com will be automatically redirect to www.google.co.in.

For any reason(travelers to China, don't want to use Chinese version of Google search) if you don't want to use localized version of Google search, use the URL http://www.google.com/webhp instead of www.google.com. Alternatively you can click on "Google.com in English" if it is available in the localized pages.

But the results still seem to be local. How to get non-local results?
