Microsoft Using YouTube to Advertise. Open Comment System Attracting Microsoft Bashers

Microsoft has begun using its rival YouTube platform to advertise Windows Vista and Windows Live products. They started a new YouTube channel WindowsVistaAndLive on December 21 and uploaded a series of short videos showcasing capabilities of Vista, Windows Live products.

Instead of advertising in a fancy way, these short Video ads explains more on functionality with realistic end-user scenarios and clear benefits of using Microsoft products.

Courageously Microsoft has also left comments open on each video. Most of you can guess what is the end result : Microsoft Bashers opened the floodgates of Vista horror stories.
