Mozilla, the developer of Firefox web browser application recently launched live chat feature to quickly resolve problems of Firefox users.
The service which is in beta now is handled by a set of volunteers, not by the employees of Mozilla and it is open only only few hours a day.
When you visit the chat home page, a cute mascot on the right side shows status of the service.
