Mozilla Launches Firefox Live Chat Support

Mozilla, the developer of Firefox web browser application recently launched live chat feature to quickly resolve problems of Firefox users.

The service which is in beta now is handled by a set of volunteers, not by the employees of Mozilla and it is open only only few hours a day.

When you visit the chat home page, a cute mascot on the right side shows status of the service.Firefox Live Chat mascot
