TeraCopy is a free application for Windows that optimizes and enhances the process of copying, pasting and moving files between computers or even folders on a local system.
When installed, TeraCopy integrates into Windows Explorer and by default handles all file copies and moves. This seamless integration allows you to keep working with files as usual. TeraCopy uses dynamically adjusted buffers to reduce seek times. By using asynchronous copy, it accelerates the file transfer between two physical hard drives. In case of any copy errors, TeraCopy will try several times and in the worse case just skips the file, not terminating the entire transfer.
